Is it safe to enter my personal information on your website?
How can you assure me that my order will be delivered after I make payment?
We are a legitimate, registered business in Hong Kong. We have valid contact information. And we are not keen on getting ourselves into trouble by running away with small amounts of money.
Can I place my order over the phone/email?
Of course, you can place your order over the phone or email if you are not comfortable about entering personal details online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal, ATM Funds Transfer to our HSBC bank accounts, cash.
Do you deliver or ship outside Hong Kong?
No. We only deliver all packages materials to a Hong Kong address.
How much do you charge for delivery in Hong Kong?
We provide FREE DELIVERY within Hong Kong, if your order is over HK$1000. Local pick up is an alternative.
How long does it take to process/deliver my order?
We will only process and deliver an order after payment is received. Orders are typically dispatched latest by the next working day (if orders are received by 11 am). Orders should reach you within 4 business days.
It's already been 4 working days, why hasn't my order arrived?
4 working days is our goal and commitment given. Although 98% of the time packages arrive on time, there are some cases orders took longer time. We cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your order sent as we have no control over the transporter. We request for your understanding and try to be as flexible as possible.
What are the delivery and cut-off time for express delivery option?
For express next day delivery service, we need to receive your payment by 11am.
What are the local pick-up opeing hours?
Local pick-up must be arranged in advance, as we need to make prior arrangement with our warehouse contractors.
